3M 5413 Polyimide Film Tape (Part 70-0160-3920-1)

The 70-0160-3920-1 from Florida Circuit is 3M’s Polyimide Film Tape 5413. It features an amber Kapton® polyimide film backing with silicone thermosetting adhesive. Tape width is 0.50 in (12.70 mm), length is 36 yd (≈32.9 m), and total thickness is ~2.7 mils (0.069 mm). It maintains integrity across a wide temperature range: −100 °F to +500 °F (−73 °C to +260 °C). It’s excellent for protective masking during wave solder, high-temperature soldering, or any application requiring thermal and chemical resistance.
