BSP372L6327 Logic Level Surface Mount MOSFET

BSP372L6327 is an N channel enhancement mode logic level MOSFET in a PG SOT 223 surface mount package. It is rated for 100 V drain source voltage and 1.7 A continuous drain current. The device is avalanche rated and has a maximum drain source on resistance of 0.31 ohm at 5 V gate drive and 1.7 A drain current. The part is also qualified to AEC Q101.
