BSP372NH6327XTSA1 Logic Level N Channel MOSFET

BSP372NH6327XTSA1 is an N channel enhancement mode MOSFET with a 100 V drain source rating in a PG SOT 223 surface mount package. The device is logic level rated for 4.5 V gate drive and is avalanche rated. Maximum drain source on resistance is 230 milliohms at a 10 V gate condition. The part is also qualified to AEC Q101 and specified for operation from minus 55 C to 150 C. These defined electrical and environmental limits give engineers clear boundaries for circuit selection.
