BUF634U Adjustable Bandwidth SOIC Buffer

BUF634U is a high-speed unity-gain open-loop buffer in an 8-pin SOIC package. It supports 250 mA output current and provides a pin-selected bandwidth range from 30 MHz to 180 MHz.
