BZX79-B5V6 Glass Zener Diode for Through Hole Designs

Through-hole boards still need precise low-voltage regulation. BZX79-B5V6 provides a nominal 5.6 V Zener voltage with 2 percent tolerance in a hermetically sealed axial glass package. Its 400 mW rating applies under the specified lead-mounting and ambient conditions.

The axial format suits hand assembly, service work, prototypes, and boards designed around conventional lead spacing.
