Dual Complementary Data Type Flip Flop Array
The CD4013BM96 features two distinct, independent data-type flip-flops constructed into a single 14-pin surface mount SOIC package. Each individual flip-flop section includes standalone control lines for data, clock, asynchronous set, and asynchronous reset functions, alongside true and inverted outputs. The logic state present at the data input shifts directly to the Q output during the positive-going transition of the clock pulse. High logic levels on the asynchronous set or reset pins immediately override the clock to force the output states.
