ML05KT220 – High-Inductance, Low-Resistance Inductor

The ML05KT220 is a multilayer ferrite chip inductor made by Viking Tech. It delivers 22 µH of inductance with a tight ±10% tolerance and has a low DC resistance of just 1.1 Ω maximum. Rated for a current of 5 mA, it operates reliably across a temperature range from –40 °C to +125 °C. The part has a compact 0805 SMD form factor (2.00 × 1.25 mm) and a self-resonant frequency of 16 MHz.
