MOC206R1 — High-Isolation & 70 V Transistor Output Optocoupler

The MOC206R1 is a single-channel, DC-input optocoupler with transistor output. It uses a gallium arsenide infrared LED paired with a silicon phototransistor in an SOIC-8 package. Key specs: 2.5 kVrms input-to-output isolation, minimum 70 V collector-emitter breakdown, forward LED current up to 60 mA, and operating temps from −40 °C to +100 °C.
