SYM53C770 – Ultra SCSI I/O processor, 40 MB/s

The SYM53C770 is a 32-bit CMOS bus controller and SCSI I/O processor built for Ultra SCSI (Fast-20) hosts that need sustained throughput. It supports 8- or 16-bit wide SCSI, up to 40 MB/s synchronous transfers, and DMA bursts over 100 MB/s using its 4 KB on-chip SCRIPTS RAM.
